1. About This Accessibility Statement

The following accessibility controls and design features are implemented across all pages of this website:

Navigation & Structure (WCAG 2.4 / GIGW 3.0)

• Skip to main content link appears at the top of every page for keyboard users
• Breadcrumb navigation on all inner pages for orientation (GIGW 3.0)
• Consistent primary navigation with keyboard-accessible dropdown menus
• Landmark regions: <header>, <main>, <footer>, <nav>, and <section> used throughout
• Logical heading hierarchy (h1 → h2 → h3) on every page
• Site map page listing all pages

Accessibility Toolbar (GIGW 3.0 § Accessibility Features)

A floating accessibility toolbar (wheelchair icon, bottom-right corner; keyboard shortcut Alt + .) provides:

3. SEBI Circular Compliance Timeline

In response to SEBI Circular SEBI/HO/ITD-1/ITD_VIAP/P/CIR/2025/111, Pragya Equities Pvt. Ltd. is implementing the following compliance schedule:

Annual compliance reports must be submitted within 30 days of each financial year end (effective from 30 April 2027).

4. Known Limitations

Despite our efforts, some content may not yet fully conform to WCAG 2.2 Level AA. The following known limitations are being addressed:

• Third-party PDF documents: Some investor charter and regulatory documents are provided as PDFs and may not be fully accessible. We are working to provide accessible alternatives or tagged PDF versions.
• Embedded third-party content: Back-office portal (linked externally) is subject to its own accessibility controls, which are outside our direct control.
• Complex data tables: Certain compliance tables on the contact page are large and may require horizontal scrolling on small screens. Scrollable container focus management has been implemented.
• Owl Carousel animations: The hero carousel and project carousel use third-party plugins. Reduced-motion preferences suppress animations, but keyboard-trap prevention is being reviewed in the next audit.

We actively prioritise and remediate accessibility issues. Issues identified in the SEBI-mandated audit (April 2026) will be remediated by July 2026.
